Troubleshooting
App won’t launch
Most commonly caused by a missing .NET 8 Desktop Runtime. Download it from Microsoft’s site and install, then try again.
SmartScreen blocks install
Click “More info” and then “Run anyway”. Alternatively, add an exclusion in Windows Security or your antivirus for the Setup.exe path.
Videos out of sync
Set the correct Frame Rate and Trigger Frame for each video window. Right-click any video window → Property Setting. See the Online Manual.
